We are working with a leading global bank to appoint a Vice President into its Loan Agency Transaction Management team in London. This role is ideally suited to a senior professional with extensive experience managing syndicated or project finance transactions and a deep understanding of agency lifecycle responsibilities.
You will play a central role in reviewing and negotiating facility documentation, overseeing deal onboarding, managing amendments and consents, and ensuring operational accuracy throughout the transaction lifecycle. As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior colleagues and contribute to wider process enhancements and system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate transaction documentation such as facility agreements, intercreditor agreements, and security trust deeds
- Ensure compliance with internal policies across legal, credit, operations, and compliance stakeholders
- Lead deal onboarding and the coordination of condition precedents
- Manage waivers, consents, and amendments, maintaining accurate records in platforms such as DebtDomain
- Oversee covenant tracking, margin monitoring, and financial reporting to lenders
- Act as a key relationship manager for borrowers, agents, and syndicate banks
- Mentor less experienced colleagues and provide technical oversight
Key Requirements:
- Strong background in Loan Agency Documentation
- Familiarity with DebtDomain and other syndicated loan platforms
- Experience reviewing legal documentation and understanding operational implications
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise effectively and maintain accuracy under pressure
