Johnson Associates captures information from client companies who are using, or interested in using, Johnson Associates as a means of filling job roles within their company.  The legal reason that we process data on data subjects at client companies is ‘contract’.  We do not capture special category information on these contacts.

Johnson Associates captures information on contacts in client companies in the specific industry sectors which are suitable to use Johnson Associates as a means of filling job roles within their company.  The purpose for the capture of this information is direct marketing to these contacts.  The legal reason that we process data on these data is ‘legitimate interests’.  We do not capture special category information on these contacts.

We store and process data for which we act as Data Controllers in the United Kingdom.
