Working directly with deal teams and external service providers, you’ll drive end-to-end transaction management for a large portfolio of syndicated loans utilising LoanIQ. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution in one of the most dynamic areas of alternative investments.

Your Role & Responsibilities

 

Transaction Leadership

  • End-to-end management of a diverse Loan portfolio from draft, close, KYC, Deal Build and on going servicing
  • Operational analysis of proposed transactions with strategic recommendations
  • Stakeholder coordination across internal teams and external service providers
  • Deal closing execution ensuring seamless transaction completion

 

Systems & Operations Excellence

  • Platform ownership: LoanIQ and peripheral loan management systems
  • Data integrity: Maintain accuracy across all loan administration platforms
  • Approval authority: Loan administration activities and system implementations
  • Process optimization: Lead change initiatives and operational improvements

 

Strategic Administration

  • Portfolio monitoring: Ongoing administration of bilateral and syndicated deals
  • Procedure implementation: Establish frameworks for effective day-to-day management
  • Risk oversight: Ensure compliance and operational risk mitigation
  • Reporting excellence: Deliver comprehensive portfolio and performance analytics

 

Team Leadership

What You Bring to the Table

 

Essential Experience

  • 8-10+ years in financial or professional services in similar capacity
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, or business
  • LoanIQ expertise (or equivalent corporate loan management systems)
  • Portfolio management experience with bilateral and syndicated debt deals

  • Process optimization: Proven track record in efficiency initiatives
