This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, high-performing team focused on closing and settling secondary Par and Distressed

trades. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of loan products and work closely with trading desks, counterparties, and internal stakeholders across the business.

As a Secondary Loan Closer, you’ll be responsible for managing all phases of trade settlement – from document review through to coordination with internal and external parties – ensuring trades are booked and closed accurately and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Prepare, review, and process LSTA/LMA documentation, assignment agreements, and funding memos
  • Coordinate settlements with traders, agents, counterparties, internal counsel, and operations
  • Analyze and interpret credit agreements and assignability provisions
  • Track, reconcile, and report on open trades and settlement status
  • Liaise with ClearPar and WSO teams to manage deal flow
  • Support KYC processes and tax documentation requests
  • Assist in audit preparation and internal control reviews

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years’ experience in secondary loan closing
  • Familiarity with LSTA/LMA documentation standards
  • Experience with ClearPar
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
