About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Loans Agency professional to join our Transaction Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated syndicated lending transactions. Playing a pivotal role in coordinating complex loan transactions, managing relationships with borrowers and lending syndicates.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Management & Onboarding

  • Oversee coordination and set-up of new loan transactions, ensuring all conditions precedent are satisfied
  • Support review and negotiation of transaction documents including facility agreements, Common Terms Agreements, and Intercreditor Agreements
  • Ensure administrative provisions align with internal processes and regulatory requirements

Ongoing Loan Administration

  • Manage amendments, consents, and waiver requests, liaising with lenders and borrowers
  • Monitor and diary margin changes triggered by performance events or covenant breaches
  • Administer financial covenant reporting via Debt Domain, ensuring timely distribution to lenders
  • Coordinate drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and fee processing

Relationship & Agent Bank Duties

  • Act as primary point of contact for borrowers and lending groups
  • Perform Security Agent responsibilities, including review of Account Bank agreements
  • Process primary and secondary trades, maintaining accurate lender records

Systems & Process Enhancement

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to advance team systems and procedures
  • Adapt processes to leverage new technology and loan processing platforms

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience

  • Proven background in LMA documentation as facility agent within banking or financial services
  • Hands-on experience with deal site set-up and information dissemination
  • Strong understanding of syndicated loan documentation and agent bank responsibilities
