Responsibilities

Transaction Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end loan agency documentation review for structured finance deals
  • Coordinate seamlessly between borrowers, lenders, and legal counsel
  • Review and finalise sophisticated loan documentation with precision
  • Ensure flawless system setup and ongoing regulatory compliance

Stakeholder Management & Growth

  • Build and maintain relationships with premium institutional clients
  • Support business development through exceptional client interaction
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence
  • Assist with sophisticated client onboarding and due diligence procedures

Technical Excellence

  • Execute IPD and waterfall calculations throughout transaction lifecycles
  • Validate complex loan activities including rollovers, coupons, and interest calculations
  • Manage multi-jurisdictional bank accounts and settlement processes
  • Maintain comprehensive loan facilities monitoring (drawdowns, fees, repayments)

Strategic Reporting & Analysis

  • Produce detailed reporting on loan balances, interest rates, and upcoming events
  • Monitor and reconcile complex loan settlements across multiple jurisdictions
  • Provide strategic insights through comprehensive portfolio analysis

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 3 years within Loans Agency documentation and / or Loans agency operations
  • Deep understanding of financial instruments and complete loan lifecycles
  • Proven expertise within the facility agent role.
  • Legal documentation fluency with experience working alongside external counsel
  • Systems proficiency in modern banking platforms
