As a Loan Operations Vice President in the Principal Finance team, you will be part of a supportive and diverse team that empowers individuals to shape innovative solutions. Your leadership will be pivotal in managing a portfolio of Loans and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate directly with the deal team and external service providers.
  • Support Loan operational management and execution activities for private credit, private equity, and real estate product lines.
  • Manage end-to-end loan transaction processes for a portfolio of investments.
  • Conduct operational analysis of proposed loan transactions and implement effective management procedures.
  • Advise and coordinate approvals across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee transaction loan closing and ongoing loan administration.
  • Maintain ownership of data in loan management and peripheral systems.
  • Review and approve loan administration activities within LoanIQ and other systems.
  • Report portfolio metrics for Regional CIOs and manage staff engagement.
  • Lead and contribute to technology and data projects to enhance operational efficiency and capabilities.

About you:

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in financial or professional services in a similar role.
  • Syndicated Loans experience is essential
  • Previous experience with LoanIQ (or equivalent loan management system) is preferred but not essential
  • Strong numerical and Excel skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a high attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
