We are currently recruiting for a Loan Agency Transaction Manager at Associate level to join a dynamic and growing Agency Transaction Management function within a leading global bank. This is a key front-facing role in the syndicated lending space, ideal for someone with strong facility agency experience who enjoys complex documentation, deal lifecycle coordination, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate transaction documents including facility agreements, intercreditor deeds, CTAs, and security trust documentation
  • Ensure internal processes and delivery capabilities align with agent obligations across new deals and amendments
  • Oversee deal onboarding, coordinate condition precedent tracking and setup of deal records
  • Manage amendment, consent, and waiver processes, including updates to Debt Domain
  • Track and notify margin changes based on performance events or trigger dates
  • Set and manage covenant tracking diaries and distribute financial reporting information to the lender group
  • Act as Security Agent, including review of Account Bank documentation and coordination with banking operations
  • Support internal projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing agency processes and systems
  • Liaise with Agency Admin team
  • Maintain strong relationships with borrowers, lenders, and other syndicate stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid understanding of loan agency documentation
  • Experience of lender communication
  • Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management capability
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with LIBOR transition documentation and amendment processes is a plus

Flexible Working:

The role includes regular homeworking, with two office-based days per week in central London.
