As Senior Manager, you’ll be the operational backbone of complex, high-value transactions spanning corporate and real estate sectors. This is a very hands on role where you will be responsible for strategic leadership where your decisions impact deal flow, risk mitigation, and team performance across this high performing team.
Your Strategic Impact:
- Portfolio Leadership: Oversee end-to-end operational management of bilateral and syndicated transactions from pre-settlement through maturity
- Team Development: Lead, mentor and develop a team of operations associates, fostering excellence and career progression
- Stakeholder Management: Partner directly with front office, risk, finance and legal teams on high-stakes transactions
- Process Innovation: Drive continuous improvement in systems, procedures and risk management frameworks
- Deal Execution: Navigate complex loan documentation, manage funding flows and ensure seamless settlement processes
Advanced Responsibilities
- Oversee primary and secondary loan/equity bookings in LoanIQ and integrated systems
- Review and approve payments, manage funding and cash flow optimization
- Supervise loan utilizations, rollovers, interest payments (cash/PIK), and prepayments
- Lead secondary loan/bond trade settlements via Clearpar and manual processes
- Ensure adherence to comprehensive risk management frameworks
- Manage borrower covenant compliance and information undertakings
- Oversee KYC processes and conflict management protocols
- Maintain regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
The Ideal candidate
Essential Credentials:
- Academic Excellence: Strong degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business
- Proven Experience: 7+ years in loan administration with demonstrable progression
- Technical Mastery: LoanIQ or equivalent corporate loan systems
- Leadership Track Record: Proven ability to build, lead and develop high-performing teams
- Operational Excellence: Advanced Excel skills, numerical accuracy and problem-solving capability
