This unique role gives you full loan lifecycle exposure as facility agent. Supporting the business development team, you will be responsible for all transactions from the review of documentation at draft stage, through to financial close and all loan servicing obligations ,as well as significant communication with internal and external relationships.
About the Role
As a Loans Agency Transaction Services professional, you will play a key role in the management and execution of transactions for corporate finance and capital markets. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of projects, from financial calculations and documentation to liaising with investors, corporates, and internal teams. You will also contribute to enhancing the visibility of our client’s services across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Management
- Support the agency team in monitoring transactions, resolving waivers, and managing deal closings.
- Prepare and review financial calculations, including coupons, early repayments, conversions, and parity adjustments.
- Analyse and understand the financial documentation and key clauses essential to the successful monitoring of each project.
Client Interaction and Project Oversight
- Liaise with corporates and investors to ensure the legal, financial, and administrative monitoring of transactions.
- Contribute to the marketing and business development of the company’s services to UK and European stakeholders.
- Participate in market research, pitching, and client meetings to promote the company’s capabilities and services.
Documentation and Compliance
- Ensure the preparation and correct formatting of documents, integrating them into the internal ERP tool, ARTUR PRO.
- Work with companies and investors to oversee the legal, financial, and administrative monitoring of projects within your portfolio.
- Responsible for drafting notices and documents related to your projects, ensuring compliance with the transaction schedule.
- Prepare relevant information for the Payment Department to process cash transactions when necessary.
- Support the KYC/AML processes for your portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
System and Process Improvement
- Contribute to the continuous system improvements, suggesting and implementing functional updates to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Manage waivers, general meetings, and decisions made by investors/lenders within the scope of your projects.

- Experience in monitoring and managing transactions within capital markets or corporate finance.
- Strong understanding of loan documentation, with a focus on key clauses.
- Familiarity with financial calculations such as coupons, early repayments, and conversions.
