The Role:
As a VP within the Loan Agency Transaction Management team, you’ll be at the forefront of managing complex financial transactions as facility and security agent.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor and control the periodic or one-off compliance by the borrower of all obligations and compulsory actions and milestones set forth in the financing agreements;
- Close and manage complex transactions as facility and security agent;
- Set up new transactions using our Agency Management Monitoring Tool;
- Manage and coordinate our KYC requirements in respect of all lenders and borrowers for any new transaction;
- Manage and coordinate amendments or waiver processes until resolution;
- Ensure that client responsibilities are managed effectively and to agreed client, best practice, regulatory and statutory deadlines;
- Assist the lenders in the decision-making processes when such intermediation is required
- Coordinate, manage and register the communications and issues raised among borrowers, lenders, obligors and advisers of the Financing;
- Coordinate, organize and participate in meetings and conference calls required by the day-to-day management of the Agency;
- Manage and coordinate loan transfers between existing and new incoming lenders;
- Manage ad hoc distributions;
- Coordinate the agency duties with the Loans Administration and Business Development department
Skills and Experience:
We’re seeking a professional with:
- Extensive Industry Knowledge: 5+ years in banking in Syndicated Lending, specifically as facility agent, reviewing LMA documentation
- Detail-Oriented & Proactive: A proactive mindset, strong organisational skills, and dedication to accuracy.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with loan communication tools (Intralinks/Debtdomain) is advantageous.
- Team-Oriented Mindset: A team player with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
