Our client, global independent provider of Loan Agency Services, is searching for a Loans Agency Transaction Manager to join their busy London based team.
Our client is currently expanding their presence internationally due to the success of their offering. The Transaction Manager role would be ideally suited to a commercially minded, client focussed and results driven individual.
Key Responsibilities of the Loans Agency Transaction Manager:
- The Transaction Manager will liaise with all relevant parties and their counsels to facilitate the completion of applicable transaction documentation – from initial review through negotiation, agreement and execution – within scheduled timeframes.
- Ensuring that all necessary approvals and protections are in place prior to transaction closure
- The Transaction Manager will act as the primary point of contact for all transaction related issues/queries.
- Liaising with Loans Agency Client services to ensure the accurate recording and seamless discharge of ongoing transaction obligations.
- Organising and attending client meetings.
- Building and maintaining client relationships.
- Initiating/ensuring correct client billing on an ongoing basis.
- Providing regular updates to management on transaction progress and related business prospects.
Skills required of the Loans Agency Transaction Manager:
- Broad experience and knowledge of transaction processes and documentation in the syndicated Loans market.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- A can-do and resourceful attitude with a commitment to critical and flexible thinking.
