Our Client, a London based bank, are recruiting a permanent Loans Agency Documentation VP To be the primary contact on an allocated portfolio of diverse agency accounts covering a range of products and services including facility agent, security trustee, account bank, intercreditor agent and global facility agent;
Main Responsibilities of Loans Agency Documentation VP:
- To provide transaction management and co-ordination services to originators, borrowers, lenders and export credit agencies in respect of loans;
- To review draft finance documentation and provide feedback to arrangers in respect to new agency roles to be undertaken including facility, common terms, security, intercreditor, account bank and global facility agreements.
- To ensure all conditions precedent have been confirmed by legal and lenders as required and notify all finance parties prior to first utilisation;
- To approve utilisation requests prior to processing where conditions subsequent apply including LTA sign-off etc;
- Primary responsibility for coordinating waivers & amendments to existing documentation in consultation with borrowers, lenders, lenders legal and lenders advisors as appropriate where the agent role includes this responsibility;
- To monitor progress of projects during construction phase with regular contact with Technical Consultant;
- To arrange site visits and meetings where appropriate;
- Assist with KYC and customer set-up for new lenders;
- Distribute financial information/reports received from the borrower and reports & certificates received from the lenders advisors in a timely manner;
