We have a fantastic opportunity to join an entrepreneurial, boutique Loan Agency company. Based in London, the successful candidate will join an established team working 3 days from home and will be responsible for assisting with a variety of loan agency administration and related client services duties.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Loan and agency administration duties.
- Managing rollovers, rate sets, transfers, payments etc.
- Providing daily support to Client Relationship/Transaction Managers.
- Assisting with client portfolio administration and with processing and checking of transaction drawdowns and related loan administration
- Assisting with client queries as required.
- Calculating commitment fees.
- Dealing with amendments and Waivers as required.
- Loan closing.
- Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
- Ad-hoc administration duties.
Experience required:
- Solid knowledge and experience of loans agency operations.
- Knowledge of syndicated loans.
- Ability to carry out loan related calculations.
- Experience of rollovers and transfers and processing payments.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work to agreed timeframes.
