Our client, a very reputable global finance company, are looking to recruit a Loans Agency Analyst Support professional.
The role of the Loans Agency Analyst Support is to undertake tasks to support the syndicated Loans agency business and transaction managers on a day to day basis.
Main responsibilities of Loans Agency Analyst Support:
- New lender on-boarding and ongoing maintenance including KYC and Static Data Maintenance
- Processing service provider/advisor invoices (Legal, Technical, Insurance, Info sharing platform providers etc) including re-charging to the borrower, settlement and reconciliation of the Provisional Payments Accounts
- Maintenance of e-mail filing databases
- Safe Custody registration, maintenance and control including registering new documents, recalling documents and releasing documents
- Setting up new Debtdomain sites and ongoing maintenance
- Processing Customer Instructions received via Payments Database
- Circulating team meeting agendas and taking/circulating minutes
- New joiner set-up and support (Physical Access, System Access etc)
- Ensure procedures and controls are observed at all times escalating issues in a timely manner
- Attend and contribute constructively to team and group meetings
- Escalate any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Assist team development by providing training & support when required
- Help maintain good levels of moral within own team and wider group by being supportive, approachable and respectful at all times
- Maintain good relationships both internally and externally ensuring the highest levels of professionalism and service at all times
- Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives and projects
- Participate in system testing as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications of the Loans Agency Analyst Support:
- Basic understanding of general banking operations
- Basic understanding of compliance requirements and best practices relating to banking services
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and accurate with the ability to work under pressure to tight timelines
