About the Role
Our client, a leading service provider in the loan agency market, is seeking a skilled Loans Agency Analyst to join their team in London. This position has become available due to internal promotion and the growth of their deal portfolio. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of Loan Agency deals using LoanIQ, ensuring exceptional service delivery to both lenders and borrowers.

Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Run and maintain a portfolio of varied deals, delivering a high level of service between both lenders and borrowers.
- Deal Lifecycle Management: Oversee deals from signing and completion through to termination, ensuring smooth operations throughout.
- Financial Calculations: Manually calculate redemption figures and manage billing to ensure timely receipt of fees.
- Loan Agency Operations: Handle general loan agency activities including drawdowns, rollovers, prepayments, and fees, along with general deal maintenance and ad hoc requests.
- Account Reconciliation: Ensure all accounts are accurately reconciled.
- Document Review: Review loan agreements from an operational perspective to ensure compliance and smooth execution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Relationship Managers to maintain and enhance client relationships.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience maintaining a portfolio of syndicated agency deals is essential.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with LMA loan agreements from an operational viewpoint is crucial.
- Desirable Skills: Experience with LoanIQ is advantageous but not essential.
- Work Ethic: A strong work ethic, proactive approach, and a positive, can-do mentality are key attributes for this role.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism are essential for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
