We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for an experienced Fluent French Loans professional to oversee a small team of Loans agency specialist’s predominantly covering French, German and UK deals.
Responsibilities of the French Loans Agency Team Leader:
- Representing the Loans agency Client service sub-team at weekly management meetings on transactional matters, complaints, errors, incidents and KPIs
- Reviewing and maintaining CS procedures periodically to ensure they capture risks raised by management, and current workflows.
- Ensuring the CS sub-team are adhering to internal Policies and Procedures.
- Oversight of sub-team members, including their daily tasks, but also including monthly 1-on-1 meetings, and annual performance and review.
- Deliver training and provide mentorship to CS employees.
- Allocating and prioritising work within the CS sub-team.
- Ensuring data integrity and data quality is maintained throughout CS.
- Loan and bond administration duties.
- Providing daily support to Client Relationship/Transaction Managers.
- Assisting with client portfolio administration and with processing and checking of transaction drawdowns and related loan administration.
- Assisting with client queries as required.
- Calculating commitment fees.
- Assisting with Audit requests.
- Dealing with amendments and Waivers as required.
- Loan closing.
Required Skills of the French Loans Agency Team Leader:
- Solid knowledge and experience of Loans Administration
- Fluent French Language skills
- Management or Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of syndicated loans.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
