Our client, a global bank, is seeking a candidate with either Loans or Trade finance experience to join the front office in supporting the Relationship managers with the inquiries from Customers and processing the day to day transactions and requirements of international clients.
As a part of your role, you will be expected to maintain high levels of satisfaction and respond quickly and accurately to requests received by email from Clients and internal enquiries, utilising your excellent interpersonal skills on a daily basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties
- To provide a customer dealing service related to various banking products, such as Loan, Deposit, Foreign Exchange, agreeing rates and booking deals on behalf of clients.
- Set up, maintain and renew Customer Facilities.
- Processing applications, reading documentation and updating client information on internal systems.
- Know Your Customer practices and knowledge of anti-money laundering policies for the registration of new Corporate Customers.
- To maintain relationships.
- Ad hoc duties as allocated by the Head of Customer Support.
- Comply with various regulations (including Anti Money Laundering).
- Comply with internal policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with various types of Bilateral Loans, Deposits, Foreign Exchange, Trade Finance, Payments, Bank Accounts, Mandates, Indemnities
- Very good organisational, time management, numeric skills, ability to communicate to a high standard – both written and oral.
- Very good customer service and Teamwork
- Meet time sensitive deadline throughout the day or month.
- Maintain a good level of accuracy when handling data to reduce and avoid errors.
