We are seeking an experienced Lending Operations Executive to join a prestigious, globally established financial services institution. With a long-standing track record of consistent profitability and a presence in over 30 international markets, this organisation offers both stability and global reach.

The Opportunity

This is a pivotal role managing a diverse investment portfolio spanning debt and equity transactions across corporate and real estate sectors. Working in close collaboration with front office, risk, finance, and legal teams, you will be integral to deal execution from pre-settlement through to maturity.

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Primary and secondary loan settlement, booking, and ongoing administration using LoanIQ
  • Day-to-day management of bilateral and syndicated debt and equity positions
  • Navigate complex loan documentation to facilitate deal booking and funding
  • Manage deal cash flows, loan utilisations, rollovers, and payment processing
  • Handle borrower covenants and information undertakings
  • Process secondary loan trades (manual and via Clearpar)
  • Coordinate KYC requests and conflict checks

Essential Requirements

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree qualified in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Business
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience with LoanIQ
  • Proven track record in loan administration
  • Strong numerical and Excel skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-through capabilities
