We are working on behalf of a leading, global, private credit manager, supporting their Private Credit Operations team.
This firm is a key player in the investment space, with a strong reputation for delivering innovative debt solutions.
💥 This role will see you:
- Support investment settlement and fundings across Private Debt funds
- Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations of cash and positions
- Maintain Wall Street Office (WSO) for amendments, corporate actions, and trade activity
- Set up SSI’s and payments in internal systems
- Collaborate with fund accounting teams to close NAVs and respond to ad hoc queries
- Engage directly with the investment team on operational requests
- Support the onboarding of new funds
- Contribute to the firm’s change agenda and operational improvements
💥 They’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in Loans Admin, Loans Agency, or Private Debt operations
- Knowledge of loan life cycles and trade settlement processes
- Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to deliver under minimal supervision
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Familiarity with WSO and Markit products (desirable but not essential)
- Excel proficiency
