The Credit Administrator will Review Facility agreements of Syndicated and Bilateral loans from Operational point of view, handle Agency cases, back up for loan administration responsibilities and internal reporting.
Main Responsibilities of the Credit Administrator:
- Ascertain the operational feasibility of Loan Facilities by reviewing the facility agreements/fees letter/Fatal flaw.
- Ensure broad terms and conditions of Facility agreement matches with the approved credit proposal.
- Managing the Agency portfolio and assist in developing this.
- Ensure that the minimum requirements for drawdown are achieved prior to disbursement (i.e. facility agreement and term sheets are executed, credit approval is in place, Conditions Precedents are satisfied and utilisation requests are valid).
- Process Agency and Bilateral loans by creating spreadsheets, word documents and calculating interests and fees manually/on excel.
- Assist with archiving and housekeeping of facility documentations.
- Undertake Project Management from time to time as and when required.
- Ensure that loan system instructions are sent to back office for further processing before the cut off time.
Required Skills of the Credit Administrator:
- Experience of reviewing Facility agreements and other contracts in the syndicated/bilateral loan market;
- Extensive experience of working on Agency loans;
- Conscientious approach with strong attention to detail;
- Ability to work under minimal supervision;
- Ability to deliver under strict deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and quality;
- Effective workload prioritization;
- Good team-worker;
- System skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word to intermediate/advanced level;
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
