Our client, a global independent provider, of debt administration services, is looking to recruit a Loan Agency Client Service professional. Based in London, the successful candidate will join an established team and will be responsible for assisting with a variety of loan agency administration and related client services duties.
Responsibilities of the Loan Agency Client Services professional:
- Loan agency and bond administration duties.
- Managing rollovers, rate sets, transfers, payments etc.
- Providing daily support to Client Relationship/Transaction Managers.
- Assisting with client portfolio administration and with processing and checking of transaction drawdowns and related loan administration.
- Assisting with client queries as required.
- Calculating commitment fees.
- Assisting with Audit requests.
- Working to tight deadlines.
- Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
- Data input.
- Dealing with amendments and Waivers as required.
- Loan closing.
Person Specification for the Loan Agency Client Services professional:
Essential:
- Solid knowledge and experience within loans agency.
- Knowledge of syndicated loans.
- Ability to carry out loan related calculations.
- Experience of rollovers and transfers and processing payments.
- Loan documentation review experience
- Good technology skills and ability to work with Loan Administration systems
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work to agreed timeframes.
